How and when shaw allow people with criminal records to work in there company as inhouse contractors?

i know of inhouse contactor who ownes the company he not only has a criminal record but also has a warrent for his arrest in another province he also has an employee who has a record for armed robbery and has a life time weapons restriction on him the owner of the business has also had legal problems in B C there is alot more to this storey that i will be more then will to tell to you and your company or if need be go to the newpaper to give times and dates of the officens
