Engine feels like its misfiring?

I Have a 1995 Ford Taurus... Last summer i blew the head gasket after using the " Block Seal " Which by the way worked great it got my car from california back to New York where i had a chance to replace the gasket... i replaced the head gasket and all the gaskets above it and alot of other parts including the spark plugs and wires... im only listing the ignition parts there are a crap load of other parts... but when i replaced the head gasket i did NOT replace the head bolts... so after a few months when my car started running this way and i was smelling and leaking coolant to a place i could not see i already suspected the HEAD gasket, I took it apart again and put it back together again with new head bolts and its still misfiring i seem to have a little more power but not much and it also recently started making a clciking noise in the engine... Any ideas anyone? New Dist Cap and rotor? u think its a fuel issue?? off yeah new Fuel pump! I dont know any more... Let me know what you think! Thank you
