I have a 1999 tahoe just had the engine replaced with a reman. But now the service engine soon light is on.?

Had computer put on it, it gave a code of IAC idle problem. it is idling to high. with the computer we could idle up but not down. does any one know what can be done under the hood or to the dist.???
