Dist/Del/Manf/Produce Or Attempt To Or Possess W/Intent To Dist/Del/Manf/Produce A Controlled Substance { Felo?

Does this law deal strictly with marijuana? What is the least amount of time that can be served if found guilty of this charge? My sons mother has been charged with this. Needless to say im going for full custody. Please help with any info..thank you for your input
