Has religion caused more wars than anything else?

Greed and power causes wars. They only claim it is for religious reasons to make themselves sound honorable. Most of those you have listed were for power or vengeance. You only see them as religious wars because someone needs to be blamed. Atheist state that the USA is not a Christian nation so we didn't declare war the government did.
