I live on the Gulf Coast near Houston and would like to know if hummingbirds....?

....will still be coming my way? THNX! If so, what is the best way to attract the little buggars? I had a male ruby throat(?) come visit me for a couple of days and drink out of a feeder in early April and after he left I got discouraged and took all my feeders down. I just put them back up again. I hope I'm not too late.
