Are these two murderers related? Aaron Keith Nolley and Erron K Nolley?
The "Arron" spelling must have been a mistake. See http://www.hcdistrictclerk.com/eDocs/Public/Search.aspx?Tab=tabCriminal and search for Nolley, Erron. There are two: one with DOB 5/30/75 and the other 11/12/93, both charged with capital murder.
