My jetta isnt starting?

it stalled out on me friday and wouldn't start back up since, it turns over, the battery is fully charged, i put new plugs and wires and dist cap in it and checked the timing belt which wasn't broken or loose, i cant think of any other things, any help would be great oh yea the alternator is in working condition any help would be great thanks
