Would President Obama be more popular if he wasn't bl@ck?

Obama popularity has nothing to do with his ethnicity rather his agenda has everything to do with his report card as a President. A lot of Americans say his handling of the economy is not working I say it is working just the way he intends it to. His goal is to destroy capitalism and make Govt. the entity from whom all blessings flow. That's the truth can you handel it?
