Whats that movie called?

the name is a time something like "12:57" or something. at some certain time a bunch of ppl get hit by a car. one guy gets his thing cut off... one guy gets his face smashed in by a statue head... at the very beginning a body falls on this guys car but he thinks he hit it so he stuffs it in the trunk. then the police comes and ends up chasing him. this one guy shoots a girl in the arm to make it look like a robbery... ringing a bell? i need it to answer someone elses question. believe me it was good
