If you were on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi..What sky would Venus appear?

It would appear higher in the sky than in other areas of the US farther north. But it would appear in the same "sky" either evening or morning. You can also see Jupiter, saturn, Mars and mercury, when conditions are favorable e.g. they're not too close to the sun (same line of sight).
