Gulf news from 03.june about marriage in UAE does it include marriage in Roman Catholic church?

I read article about marriage in UAE that both bride and a groom needs to have residence visa, so my question is does it include marriage in Roman Chatolic Church in Dubai? Cause I'm confused with information's on internet every page says something different, and i tried to call our embassy to get information's but nobody answered and my fiance called a church and a Court in Dubai and they said that they don't know yet about that law and that they will call for with further information's.
