Carburetor not getting fuel?

not sure if its my fuel pump or not. its turning over. its on my ford truck. fuel pump on block . i took the line off the carburetor on filter. put a cup over the line turn it over. no gas came out of the line. the fuel pump not leaking. oil is clean. i pour a little gas in carb nothen happen. it not getting no gas to carb. it has points. i had changed all of that and cap. i was told take dist cap off and turn it over and see if my roter was turning. it was. and changed plugs and wires
