ATTN New Yorkers: What is considered Wall St?

So I know that Wall St. is literally a street in the financial dist. but I also know that it is an "area." What all is included in this area? You know that area down by the water, you can see the statue of liberty--is this still considered Wall St.? The buildings on this corner, are they on Wall St?
