1998 dodge 5.9L magnum help?!?

I have a 98 dodge 5.9l magnum (gas) engine and it run like Clockwork when it drives but at idle it lopes at around 5 or 6 hundred and wants to die and starts sending cylinder misfire codes. I have already done a sparkplug swap out and new wires dist. Cap and rotor. Please help:(
